3. STRICTLY PROHIBITED

Users may NOT:

  • Record or download videos (including screen recording)
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
  • Resell or repurpose materials
  • Use content to create competing programs

4. MONITORING & ENFORCEMENT

Pure Haven Pty Ltd monitors:

  • Login activity
  • IP addresses
  • Access patterns

Any breach will result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • No refund
  • Possible legal action

5. LEGAL ACTION

Pure Haven Pty Ltd reserves the right to pursue:

  • Civil claims
  • Financial damages
  • Criminal prosecution

under South African intellectual property laws.
